Don’t let the sunny weather in these photos fool you, it’s been super chilly and damp here in Houston. Which is the type of weather that has me reaching for coats out of my coat closet before I leave my apartment. What better way to amp up a rather classic top, jeans and flats than with a leopard print coat topper?
Even better, this cute coat is under $200! You read it right! Run, don’t walk. It’s warm and cozy and simply the cutest. I know it will have a place in my closet for sometime, because we all know leopard is a neutral.
I’ve been working to weave in pieces that I used to strictly consider for one season or the other, into my fall & winter wardrobe lately. This Duffield Lane Emma Top is one of those pieces. When the temperatures were still warm here in Texas, I wore the sleeves rolled up on the tunic. But it’s nice to be able to roll the sleeves down for a more buttoned up look.
You may remember Duffield Lane from this previous post. Their pieces are classic and chic. I’ll definitely be a repeat offender in this outfit in the months to come… sorry I’m not sorry!
