Come on in for an engagement party celebrating the Haines! Today I’ve teamed up with one of my favorite online destinations, Mark & Graham, to share my how-to’s for an intimate engagement party.
For me, our engagement has been a super special time to share with family and friends. As you read last week, I shared our memorable engagement story along with photos (find it here). We aren’t really the types to throw a huge engagement party, so putting together an intimate gathering with close friends and family is exactly the sort of celebration we want.
So popping a little bubbly for toasts in beautiful hand-blown champagne flutes with my new initials and the perfect acrylic monogrammed glasses, for fruity spiked concoctions, serves as the perfect barware for the engagement celebration.
For my take on a Bellini, try dropping in raspberry or two at the bottom of the of the flute glass for a pretty garnish, then pour 3 parts bubbly prosecco and 2 parts peach nectar into the chilled flute. Cheers!
I’m a cheese and prosciutto addict so of course a board for more “cheese please” is an absolute necessity for any get together. Whether it be celebrating our engagement or a house-warming party once we’re married, I know we’ll get plenty of use out of it. Plus, makes the perfect gift!
How adorable and fun are the linen cocktail coasters with our ‘H’ initial? They’re entirely customizable down to the monogram and color and again make for a perfect engagement, wedding or house-warming gift.
P.S. if you’re on the hunt for some gift ideas… have a wedding coming up soon? Look no further than Mark & Graham’s curated wedding gift shop.
