Let’s welcome my pup, Lucy, to the blog today! I wore this belted chiffon printed dress number as an option for our Christmas cards and wanted to share the look with y’all! As I write this, I’m in Hawaii, so my mindset isn’t exactly on fall and winter dressing at the moment… but I realize I’ll be home soon and need to refocus my mind to such!
(Just $25! , too) // Hermes belt () // (on sale!) // //
I’m not a huge H&M shopper, but every now and again I get lucky. This chiffon printed dress was one of those lucky finds! It’s actually a little bit of a trapeze look, so that’s why I added the belt to define my waist. I don’t always belt dresses, but this was one of those times where it worked.
You might remember my prized Hermes belt from previous posts (see here) and you can catch my Hermes belt kit unboxing review video here.
I’ve preached here before that I love mixing high and low, and here is a prime example. My belted chiffon printed dress is just $25, whereas my designer belt is upwards of $600. The suede chestnut booties were under $200 full-price (which I paid…), but lucky for you I just found them on sale for under $120! They run true to size and so far have been super comfy in the few times I’ve worn them.
