Can y’all believe we are just weeks away from Easter? Where is this year going? One thing I know is it’s seriously flying by. I wanted to share with y’all this adorable and budget friendly Easter dress so that you can have time to grab it for yourself!
Our Easter usually involves a bit of a day. So a dress that can be worn comfortable for a longer period of time is my favorite bet. Rick and I will start off the holiday with an Easter morning service. At our Church, this is usually a dressed up occasion, so I often more times than not opt to wear heels.
What I love about this flutter sleeved floral number is how comfy it is to wear! It just slips on over your neck. The slip is also attached to the dress fabric, which I’m a huge proponent of – it’s so annoying when the slip is separated, I feel like I spend more time messing with it then enjoying the dress.
This year we are going home (for me) to Phoenix so it will definitely be warm. I know this budget friendly Easter dress will take me seamlessly from AM Church, to brunch with my family (we usually go to our favorite spot, El Chorro) and then home to watch some basketball games or nap off our food coma.
However, when we’re in Texas for Easter we often have brunch and then do an Easter egg hunt with my younger relatives and family friends, so I like to have a dress that I can easily swap out the heels for some sandals, like these.
On the topic of heels though, I just picked up these ankle-strap sandals during the Shopbop sale. I was going to take the plunge and grab my favorites, the Stuart Weitzman Nudistsong, but after reading a bunch of reviews, many said these were just as good if not better for the price.
They come in a few colors and after preliminary wear I’d say they’re quite comfy. I usually always add in these gel ball of fit inserts into my heels, FYI, and will do so for these too!
