With Earth Day right around the corner, we’re more apt to think about how we can reduce our environmental footprint in both an easy and stress-free way, right? But, how about we act on our thoughts; taking steps to implement routines that treat our environment with care, at all times. Implementing compostable products into your everyday routine, such as those by Open Nature®, found at Randalls, is the perfect way to start doing your part!
The future and wellbeing of our environment is extremely important. As an on the go millennial, I’ve tried to implement routines that help me to do my part in treating our environment with care.
In celebration of Earth Day, I received the Open Nature Earth Day Box, filled with sustainable products exclusive to Randalls. The products are high quality, and reasonably priced. As I’ve mentioned before, I love shopping at Randalls because their stores are easy to navigate, and their inventory is filled with quality items at great prices.
I’ve loved integrating the Open Nature products into my everyday routine. Since I’m often on the go, I’ll use the Open Nature Hot Cups and Compostable* Straws for to-go beverages when I head out for a day of meetings or errands. Usually I’ve avoided purchasing Earth-friendly or compostable cups, cutlery, plates, etc., because they’re often expensive. But Open Nature products at Randalls, are budget-friendly, while also safe for the environment and home.
Not only are all Open Nature items BPI certified, but the compostable items are made of plant based materials. They’re tree free and better for the environment. Meanwhile, the biodegradable cleaning agents are recyclable, safe for your home and better for the environment.
In our house we love the O Organics Coffee Pod Roastery Blend Compostable* pods! The medium roast is absolutely delicious – medium bodied and so totally tasty. Plus, enjoying my coffee and being a better steward of the environment, makes me feel that much better! Not only is the lid of the pod compostable*, but so is the pod ring and filter!
Of course, becoming a good steward to our environment won’t happen over night. Incorporating the Open Nature products found at your neighborhood Randalls might be the first step you can take in helping to foster a better environment for the generations to come. Here’s to buying better for the environment with Open Nature!
*All components are made of plant-based material certified compostable in industrial composting facilities. Check locally, as these facilities may not be available in your area. No current certification for backyard composting.

Sadly, not everybody cared about the environment and it makes me really sad about how our future could be compromised because of people’s choices. But companies like that bring some light into the subject and I’m happy bloggers like you are talking about it as well. I’m definitely gonna check out some of those products and see if they’re available in my country.
