A few days ago I received a package from Charleston Naturally filled with some great beauty treats. Even though I’ve been blessed with naturally olive skin, I am constantly battling dryness and the need for some cheek color. This was my first experience with Charleston Naturally and I have to say I’m quite impressed. I appreciate packaging that exudes simplicity all the while looking expensive, and the Dr. Hauschka moisturizer and 100% pure blush are just that.
Dr. Hauschka’s daily moisturizer goes on light, and wears just so, without giving you the heavy, goopy feeling after application 30-minutes later. The all natural smell with nodes of lemon and witch hazel weren’t overpowering, plus the natural oily-ness of my skin seemed to be kept at bay after use (major thumbs up).
100% Pure’s Fruit Pigmented Blush in Strawberry is both vegan and gluten free, how cool is that? It took just one swipe on both of my dimpled cheeks to achieve the perfect, naturally sunkissed look that I love. And I love how pretty the packaging is… looks deceivingly heavy, but is actually the opposite.
I haven’t tried my two moisturizer samples yet, I’m saving them for my upcoming weekend getaway. Needless to say I am quite the happy camper with my new organic beauty goods and will definitely be in line to try more. Thanks again Charleston Naturally!
PS… I’m also over at Dear Serendipity today sharing some pieces I’m coveting for spring. Be sure to make your way over! xox
