Did you know Easter is a lot earlier this year? It falls towards the end of this month, so even though this round-up might seem premature, it’s not. Time to start looking for those Easter dresses, ladies!
My family usually keeps things pretty casual on Easter Sunday. I do go to church with Rick and his family in the morning, then often we drive out to my family’s farm about 45-minutes outside of Houston to have a big Easter brunch.
Of course Easter has always been one of my favorites because of the sweets (for those of you that know me, you know I have a major soft spot for sweets – especially gummy, sour candies and pie with ice cream!), but Easter too is a time to give thanks for those around us.
I like to wear a dress for Easter (last seen here). Usually it’s starting to get a little sticky and hot here in Texas when Easter is later. But, since Easter is earlier this year, maybe I can opt for something different. I’ve got my eye on this cute blush pink checked shirt dress (less than $140!) paired with these adorable grosgrain ribbon wedge sandals.
