Happy Monday, friends! How was your weekend? We’ve definitely entered that awkward time in-between winter and spring. The time that I dread because it’s a gamble of if it’s cold or warm and I can’t exactly flip my closet to the new season just yet. Therefore, I opt for layered looks, and this lightweight faux leather jacket does just the trick.Â

I’ve actually had this grey faux leather jacket for a few years now. It’s one of those pieces that rotates in and out of my closet time and time again because it’s just so versatile (last seen here). I love the drape front detailing, and it actually fits over quite a few tops and blouses with the elastic detailing on the back portion of the sleeve. This cream/ivory color is the perfect color to carry on into a spring wardrobe.
One question I get asked a lot is, “What handbag might you suggest that’s affordable but looks expensive like a designer bag?” Well, ladies I have that answer. Recently Fossil sent along a box of goodies and this gorgeous was part of the package.
To be honest, had fallen off my radar for quite a few years, but I’m super impressed with the quality of the bag, including the leather and the hardware. The strap drop on this satchel is just perfect for someone my size and taller, too.
Fossil is also jumping into the smartwatch game, and designing watches that look pretty and function in a smart capacity too. I love my Apple Watch, and previously the Fitbit, but always disliked how they were clunky and ‘electronic’ looking. The and are pretty to look at and easy to wear.
