Working for myself makes it especially easy to forget to eat; grab my meals on the go or take a few bites here and there. I try to always carry some sort of snack or pick-me-up in my tote, for days when I know that I’ll be away from my desk for long periods of time.
With all the hustle and bustle of meetings and photos shoots, it’s nice to take at least five minutes for myself and indulge in my latest craving, Café Breaks pudding.
Usually after going-going all day, I need a snack that I can indulge in without the guilt. For me, that’s Café Breaks’ coffee inspired pudding. What’s best about it is it doesn’t need to be refrigerated, so for us gals on the go, it’s the perfect snack to carry along inside a tote or keep in the car. I grabbed the Mocha flavor at my local Kroger, and there are a few other flavors to be had too! (See flavor choices here)
My five minutes of me time is extremely important. I’m pretty sure it’s what keeps me ‘sane’ (ha ha!). Even if it truly is only five minutes, or extends out a bit longer, I usually like to take the time to have a snack and think about things. Whether it be what I need to do next or something completely contrary to anything that’s gone on in my day.
I’ve noticed that taking me time, is important to my productivity and quality of work. I hate that ‘angry’ feeling, and I admit that I am really bad at realizing it’s coming along before it’s too late. So with a Café Breaks pudding in tow, I know I can indulge in a guilt free snack that has great flavor, too.
