While world traveling may be on the docket for the time being (hello parenthood!), it’s always fun to put together a my favorite gift ideas for the traveler.
When we do travel, it’s lately been to see family, and with Olivia in tow! So I’m generally all about organization and ease when it comes to travel these days. A great bag with lots of smaller bags inside is a travel must for me. I used to often carry my laptop (not as much anymore), but chose travel totes based on how sturdy they are to carry electronics. I have an older version of the expandable tote, and it’s a 10/10 gift idea for the traveler. One of those items that saves you when you buy a few too many goodies while traveling!
I’m not much of a sleeper on flights, most often because I could never get my head comfortable. However, I’ve heard amazing things about the Go Neck Pillow, and may need to ask for one myself. A great gift for any traveler! I also love the Barrington Gifts baggage handle wrap tags – they’re unique, but also practical. You can get as creative with them as you want, which I love.
Lastly, I always bring a wrap with me; I can’t count how many times my travel wrap has saved me on freezing flights, unexpected cooler weather and as a blanket for Olivia. I’ve heard the Alice Walk Cashmere Wraps are well worth the splurge, plus they come in a variety of classic and fun colors. Adding to my wishlist!
