Have you wondered how you can jump on the high waisted short train, but in a way that’s both chic and comfortable?! Look no further, I’ve found the perfect high waisted shorts outfit & top combo for you.

I’ve never been one to automatically gravitate towards high waisted shorts, but when I saw this Tibi pair, I knew I needed to have them. I’ve had this cotton crop top for sometime now, but never really knew how to wear it. I love the subtle hint of skin and the mock turtleneck collar crop top to help soften the dressy high waisted shorts.

Pattern mixing has become something that I am learning to love. When you hear people say ‘Leopard is a neutral’, they are so right! I’ve been wearing these heels with everything lately! Recently I mixed them with floral lounge pants and received rave compliments. Anyways I digress; this high waisted shorts outfit is the perfect out on the town night with girl friends or a sushi date night.
