It’s been raining so much here in Houston! And it hasn’t really cooled off the weather either… So I still haven’t flipped my closet for fall and winter and am pulling pieces that I’ve worn throughout the spring & summer instead. This little black cami dress is an easy-to-wear item that can be transitioned into fall later this month when, hopefully, it cools down!

I found this little black cami dress at the hotel gift shop on my trip last month and knew it would be a perfect addition to my closet. Do you love hotel gift shops? They’re some of my favorites! I feel like I always find great goodies and cute clothes at them. The one at Monarch Beach Resort was no different!
I’m a big fan of the fatigue utility jacket for transitioning otherwise summery pieces for fall. The olive color is perfect for the season and the jacket is still lightweight enough but provides some warmth when needed.
