Back again for another sale round-up, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is now open to the general public! Just like the early access round-up, I’m putting together my top picks from all departments for you to shop. As I’ve said before and I’ll say again, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2016 public access is where you can score some of the best deals on items that are new to inventory. Be sure to make your way all the way to the end of the post for a fun giveaway!
Tall water resistant suede boot // What this sale is all about, right? Stocking up on fall & winter items at a discount before they go up to full price! These boots are simply perfect for cooler months ahead. Come in four color shades and super versatile. Did I mention they’re water-resistant and on sale under $150. Serious steal! I am in love with the chestnut color.
Patagonia fleece pullover // One of the best investments you’ll make. These pullovers are awesome. I’ve had mine since college and every year I continually pull it out of storage and wear it to run around town or workout classes when the temperature drops. It’s a little more of a boxy cut, so be weary of that when choosing sizing. I take a medium in this particular pullover just because I want some wiggle room and ability to wear something underneath it as well. Available in four colors!
Tory Burch mini leather crossbody bag // Cranberry, the color of fall! This bag is so cute and perfect for date nights or fall football games because of its unobtrusive size. Also comes in black. There’s not much more I can say, when this little cutie is under $240 – a steal when it comes to Tory Burch!
Tory Burch retro sunglasses // Nothing like a great pair of sunnies. This Tory Burch pair is chic and no doubt will carry you through the remainder of summer and into the fall.
NARS cheek palette // NARS is known for their blushes, right? I love their blush in the Orgasm shade, it’s the perfect shade for so many. Even my mom who is super fair skinned wears it too! This palette is a perfect little number to have handy for so many reasons. Play your makeup look down during the day, toss it into your purse and kick things up a notch with a little more color on your cheeks in the evening.
Laura Mercier eye & cheek palette // This makeup palette is the perfect travel companion. Ditch all your pieces of makeup on trips and solely bring this little square palette. I love Laura Mercier and I how this exclusive has both eye and cheek hues. The neutrals make it perfect for so many different skin tones as well.
Nike Juvenate sneaker & Nike Free RN Distance running shoe // I have to admit, one thing I tend to always pick up through this sale time and time again is a pair of running shoes. Nike did not disappoint this year. I love both of these picks. Interesting to note, the Juvenate sneakers are more like a leisure/walking shoe. They don’t have a tongue, so they’re more of a slip on and off with laces. Perfect for an athleisure look if you ask me! The Free RN distance running shoes come in three colors and are super comfy.
Rebecca Minkoff crossbody bag // I’ve looked at this cutie multiple times, and may just pull the trigger. Comes in three fall-perfect colors. I love them all, but especially gravitate towards the blue. The sizing is pretty similar to a mini MAC bag, also by RM, which I own and love, but they are on the smaller side, meaning a little difficult to fit everything inside for day-to-day purposes. But if you have no problem changing out your purse on a regular basis, I suggest you snatch one of these up. Would also make great presents for birthdays or Christmas!
Brenner square leather strap watch // This watch is so versatile. I love the modernity of the square face plus the mixture of both black on the face and brown leather on the strap – literally will go with so much. I also love the wrap leather strap, as it draws a little upon an iconic Hermes watch!
What I’ve purchased, kept & still is in stock:Â
Barfoot Dreams circle cardigan // I’ve worn this baby almost every single day since snagging it a week ago. I got it in the grey color in an xs-s. It is by far one of the comfiest lounging sweaters I’ve ever owned in my life. So soft and lightweight yet still enough to keep warm in a cool house or restaurant. Highly recommend snagging this while you can. It’s a little long in the back, but I don’t mind because I’m usually wearing leggings or yoga pants with it.
Leith faux leather vest // I didn’t find this vest until one of my later trips to Nordstrom where I had returns to make. I was a little skeptical on how it wold look based on the face that it’s faux leather. However, I tried it on over the Wayf lace-up shirt dress (see below) and absolutely loved the edgy look. Totally a piece that’s not something I would purchase immediately, but for the price and versatility – I know I can wear it layered over cute tunic blouses and long-sleeve tees – it’s totally worth it!
Louise et Cie Oxfords // I’ve been wanting to jump on the menswear trend but never found a pair of oxford shoes that suited me. That was, until I set eyes on these beauties. I absolutely love the patent leather, available in three colors. I took my true size, but I have to warn you, they’re patent so they are, and will be, a little tough to break in. I’ve worn them already with a dress and knew I would be sitting down so they didn’t bug the backs of my heels too badly, but I would suggest as preventative measures to wear no-show socks and/or put heel pads (like bandaids) on the back.
Lush v-neck crepe blouse // For the price, only $28, I knew I had to have one of these tops. I snagged one in the blue, but there are six other shades to choose from. I’ve worn this top once already and love the way it wears. It’s easy to toss on and go. It’s definitely a top that I recommend everyone grabs  because of versatility and easy of wear!
Toms peep toe booties // Would you be surprised if I told you I don’t own a single pair of peep toe booties? Well that is until now. I snagged these, along with all the other women trying on next to me, and let’s just say they are probably some of the most comfortable shoes I now own. The suede is super versatile and can easily be worn from summer to fall (see this Instagram post for a more summer-geared look, especially if you live in say, California)
Wayf lace-up shirt dress // I love this dress. I’ve already worn it a few times since grabbing it in the early access and I know it’ll be a highly worn item now and later. The extra-small fit me perfectly. I love it paired with some fun block heels like these for now and booties like this pair for later.
Shop even more of my favorites below. Also navigate the sale easier, by breaking it down into categories such as accessories, beauty, shoes, home and mens.
