My last full day at NYFW was kind of a blur. I knew I wouldn’t make it back to the hotel for quite a few hours so I opted for something comfortable yet still dressed up. Enter my trusty OTK boots (over the knee boots).
These Stuart Weitzman OTK boots are my go-to in the fall and winter months. Remember February’s posts from fashion week – these bad boys were my number ones! P.S. remember these shorts from a post last week? Here they are styled a completely different way!
I too, wanted to play off of some of the trends I had seen on the runways the entire week of SS16 presentations and shows. One thing I definitely noticed at more than a handful of shows was high-necklines and high-collared tops. A little beckon back to the early 1900s or Victorian ages, especially at Zimmerman, but oh so beautiful and ethereal. One thing that was definitely apparent in my wardrobe was the knack for vintage goodies. This top was a find some months ago at Cheeky Vintage, and I knew it would be perfect for NYFW, so I held onto it until the perfect moment.
