Top: Milly (vintage, similar short-sleeved version) // Jeans: J.Crew Factory // Sandals:Jack Rogers // Earrings: Saks (similar) // Sunglasses: Ray-Ban // Necklace: Golden Thread // Watch: Michele (non-diamond version) & Michele leather watch strap
Ask me my top five favorite ready to wear designers, and you’ll find Milly in that list. I’ve always loved her contemporary take on classic silhouettes; and this top is no different. Sheer for lightweight-ness, yet long-sleeved for the gal who is always cold (me!), this peasant blouse may be an older piece of Milly‘s but I’ve found a few different similar options in different price ranges.
Can you believe the weather is still cooperating enough here in Texas for my Jack Rogers Navajos? Texas weather is downright unpredictable!
I’m not sure about you, but as my hair has gotten longer, I’ve found it quite a bit easier to throw my hair up into a top knot on the weekends. Don’t get me wrong, I still like to blowout my hair, but sometimes it’s just nice to throw it up in a knot and go on with my day (love this step-by-step tutorial on the perfect top knot) What sort of hairstyle is your go-to when you don’t want to spend forever blowing out and styling your hair? I’d love to hear any suggestions!
