Spring is here and it’s time to pull out those colorful wardrobe pieces! I love spring in Texas because the temperatures finally warm up into the 70s but still drop back down in the evenings. That’s when lightweight sweaters become my best friend! This spring perfect yellow tunic sweater has quickly become one of my favorite wardrobe pieces, and the best part… it’s under $40 and comes in so many colors!
I snagged this sweater a few weeks ago, and have worn it a handful of times since. I wore it in Hawaii on a cooler evening, paired with linen pants (see the outfit here), and wore this look most recently for a day of meetings and errands. I will admit this sweater is a bit longer then I anticipated, but this spring perfect yellow tunic sweater is great for covering your tush, and the oversized-ness makes it oh so cozy.
Of course, I’m still all over the hair bow and accessories trend. I took a vintage Hermes scarf, that I usually wear on the strap of my handbag, and tied it up in my ponytail for this look. Without fail, I always receive so many compliments on this accessory. Perhaps it’s the colorful scarf or the print, but people always stop me when I tie up my ponytail with hair scarves.
