It’s November, which means time to start thinking Turkey, family and holiday shopping! I don’t know about your Thanksgiving gatherings, but with my family we keep it casual, but still dress up slightly more than just jeans and a shirt. And this side slit suede miniskirt is perfect for the occasion.Â
Oversized knit sweater (under $75, size down) // side slit suede miniskirt // Flats (Designer dupes, under $100!) // Top-handle bag c/o // Sunglasses (old, similar) // Necklace // Earrings // Bangle Bracelets c/o // H bracelet (gently used option)
In the past I haven’t really worn many skirts in the fall, but this season I’ve found myself wearing them more and accumulating a few budget-friendly miniskirt finds in my closet. Remember this outfit post featuring a burgundy miniskirt from a few weeks ago? I also paired it with this oversized chunky knit sweater. I’m loving this sweater so much, I’ve been contemplating grabbing it in the Forest Green.
I knew a suede skirt would pair well with quite a few sweaters I already owned, as well as my leather jackets, so I did my research to find one that fit well and also didn’t break the bank. I ultimately narrowed it down to this side slit suede miniskirt. I love the slit because it’s subtle but adds a little feminine detail, and I’ll never say no to added pockets.
I’ve already got plans to pair my favorite striped tissue turtleneck and a pair of tights and booties with this side slit suede miniskirt as the temperatures get cooler. Have you tried these tissue turtlenecks? They’re my go-to in the fall and winter and layer well with so many items!
