Nine times out of ten, you’ll catch me wearing some sort of color. But especially in colder months, this sort of winter neutral outfit combination calls my name.
Metallic sweater (on sale!) // Belt (gently-used option here) // Black denim // Suede heels // Handbag (no longer available, almost identical bag here) // Sunglasses // Hoop earrings
I snagged this chunky metallic knit sweater before the Christmas holiday, and I’ve been wearing it non-stop. I’ve been trying to dig into my closet, and pair a few of my new finds with tried and true wardrobe pieces like a classic pair of pumps or a black pair of denim.
I usually pull out my pair of grey and black jeans in the fall and winter months, and reach for them quite often. Of course, you can invest in designer denim, but there’s also brands like J.Crew or in-store brands at Nordstrom that won’t break the bank and will hold up for seasons to come. In order to keep my jeans from fading, I wash them in the Laundress Denim wash.
There’s something about a winter neutral outfit combination that can be reworn time and time again. Some mornings we just want to hit the snooze button for those extra few minutes in bed. For me, this outfit has been one of those that I can reach for, and know it’ll look great.
And with each outfit post in which I feature my Hermes belt, I always link my entire post reviewing my Hermes belt, including a video. For those of you whom have questions or are looking for other ways to style the designer belt, check out the post or search ‘Hermes Belt’ on the homepage of my blog.
