Prosciutto, Fig & Arugula Flatbread

  • 1 roll store-bought classic pizza crust
  • 1 wheel Boursin cheese
  • 12-15 Mission figs halved
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Fresh Arugula
  • Thinly sliced Prosciutto
  • Balsamic vinegar


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Unroll crust onto a sheet pan with parchment paper
  • Brush crust generously with EVOO
  • Spread Boursin cheese generously on top of crust
  • Place halved figs around crust
  • Sprinkle with salt
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown
  • Place pan on a wire rack to cool for 2 minutes
  • Sprinkle pizza with freshly washed Arugula
  • Top with thin slices of Prosciutto
  • Drizzle with more EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar
  • Top with cracked pepper
  • Slice and enjoy!
