Wrinkle prevention in your 20s seems unnecessary, right? Wrong! Taking care of our skin – especially the delicate skin around our chest, neck and face is one of the most important things you can do for yourself, beginning at a young age. Trust me, you’ll thank yourself years later.

I’ve mentioned before on ABA that I semi-learned at a younger age to take care of my skin. I grew up in Arizona, so worshiping the sun was pretty normal.
