Wash and pat dry chicken breast, then season with salt & pepper
Grill or sauté breasts until cooked through
Slice cooked chicken breasts into 1" long strips, set aside
Boil a pot of water and toss in Fettuccini pasta
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and melt butter
Add in the sliced mushrooms, shallots and garlic
Sauté on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until mushrooms have lightly browned
Add salt, white pepper and whipping cream and raise heat until sauce begins to boil
Lowe the heat and add in the sliced chicken and peas, incorporating them into the sauce
Strain pasta and add it to the sauce, stir to mix
Add Romano cheese to mixture and stir until it begins to melt
