Flashback to a really fun trip from earlier this summer – our trip to wine country and the most adorable little town in Northern California, Healdsburg. I wore this darling striped peplum top to dinner with Rick and our friends in downtown Healdsburg. Bravas Tapas was absolutely delicious and dining outside in the perfect weather made for a perfect evening.

Rick and I just fell in love with Healdsburg. You might remember the extensive travel guide I put together, here. Everyone that’s asked me about wine country since, has received the recommendation of visiting there over Napa or Sonoma. It was the most charming little town with delicious eats and the wine was divine!
We did finally get an awesome little cool front here in Houston yesterday. We made the most of it and sat outside in our backyard for an hour in the afternoon and talked to each other without our phones. It felt nice to remove ourselves even if only for just a little time.
This has been a go-to since I grabbed it for our California trip in July. Lucky for you, it’s now on sale! I love the fit and it’s super flattering and forgiving after a big meal (lol!). Grab it while you can, it’ll make for a perfect transition piece through the month or two leading up to fall.
